Great shoe design, construction and finish, enhanced by great customer service professionals. One minor note.... the shoe runs about 1 size larger than the fitting scale indicates. In my case the scale was showing 9.5 when my actual size turned out to be 8.5
I didn't like that I had to pay for return for shoes that didn't fit. Also I don't like the online purchase of no return or exchange for last sale as online purchase one cannot try on shoes. Different styles have different sizes so if I really like something I would rather go to their store than not be able to return it though styles in stores have different styles. I prefer to buy with another online shoe stores for all brands with free returns.

I am an older woman. But I like stylish, practical shoes. I had a hard time finding the right style, etc. There was one or two shoes I liked, but they were nearly out of stock, and not available in my size. I did buy one pair of shoes, and they came quickly, but they do not support my ankles, and were not comfortable, so I will return them.

You hardly ever have narrow shoes anymore. The last three pair I have ordered are certainly not narrow. They are way too wide across the ball of the foot and fit like a medium shoe. What has happened? It appears to me you have another company, maybe China, making them and the quality is extremely poor. There is not even a good arch support in them. However even with the cheap quality, you still expect and charge high prices. I’m done ordering Clark shoes!

Return shoes twice for No tag customer service not helpful at all returned shoes for the third time , This customer service was short not helpful at all!! So instead of getting a new pair with tags just sent me a refund not happy at all!!!

Fast delivery. Sizing down is suggested. I normally wear a 10 1/2 in all other type shoes. They look and fit great. Time will tell on comfort.

I was thrilled to see the new Cloud steppers style of sandals. I have problems with my feet and have found these very comfortable. Sizes are true. I did purchase both colors currently available but would love to see them in white.

First pair of shoes I got, the box was crushed. I returned those. Next pair I got has a huge gash across the top, I exchanged those, and still got a damaged pair. These were a little less damaged than the second pair, and seeing as I didn't want to wait another week and a half and maybe see them sell out, it when words, get another damaged pair, I kept the third pair. Though the scratches on them still bother me.

Clarks HAS MY SIZE!! Most shoe companies no longer carry Narrow widths, but abound with wide and extra wide. Some narrows don't even fit me, as I have a very thin foot at the ankle as well as a narrow heel. But the two different styles of Clarks that I recently purchased really fit well, and velcro so I can adjust it to fit my narrowest areas. YAY!!! Home run!
