When I called to place my order the person didn’t know how to give me my free puzzle. She said because I was using a gift card for part of my payment. It won’t let her apply it. She said she’d have her supervisor correct it, but I have not heard anything about it. This is the first time I have had a problem.

Purchase 5k in furnture. Had to call my bank to raise my daily limit. Had the bank stay on phone with me for purchase. Way fair canceled the order as soon as i got off the phone and they took my money. Called, they stated ill have to wait to reorder my product, until my funds return. Beyound upset about this whole experience.. shame
