When I placed an order with them, almost all items were canceled due to unavailability. I called them to just cancel everything because it would be a waste of time to make the trip just for a few items. Upon checking on my order, it was never canceled and was marked as fulfilled. So then I had to chase my refund, which took 2 WEEKS! A very disappointing experience!

I ordered a tee-shirt for my grandson, which is of very poor quality and customer service was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! It took 16 days from the day my order was received until it was delivered. The delivery date was changed 4 times (always delayed, of course) and after the 3rd delay I wrote to Customer Service asking what was going on. They replied that it would take a max of 10 business days. Of course, they are open on Saturdays, and ALLLLL of the delivery services deliver on Saturdays and some of them on Sundays. Yet, they don't include both Sat and Sun. In the letter they never said that it was 10 days from shipping, just "10 days". So, they leave things vague, then tap dance like crazy to avoid accountability. After it arrived on day 16, I called to request a refund of the $6.99 shipping I paid (for one tiny item, a little boy's tee shirt). They wasted so much of my time, and theirs, defending their right to be an incompetent, uncaring, lousy company, after which they refused to refund shipping. I have blocked this company from ever emailing me again as I wouldn't take something they were giving away for free. If you can't honor your commitments, provide a quality product and respectful customer service, I will not do business with you again. I regret the day I ordered this gift for my grandson. Please note that their rating on this site is a meager 1.6 - I wish I had noticed this before ordering from them.

They arrived quickly and they are so cute…however they are too small length wise and one is smaller than the other in the toe area. I can’t return due to my health so I will have to give away. If I see anything in the future from your store I would still order because I like how you do business.

Everything was perfect, I absolutely love the products, I ordered 3 times during the big sales because I wanted more and more designs. My child now looks like a brand ambassador for Coq en pâte :D.

THEY SOLD ME NEW COLLECTION FULL PRICE DRESSES , AND AFTER CHECK OUT , SEND ME A CONFIRMATION STATING IT WAS FINAL SALE IN SMALL PRINT. NO WHERE IN DESCRIPTION OF MY ITEMS DID IT SAY FINAL SALE , THEY THEN SEND ME A DRESS FROM A DIFFERENT BRAND THEN I PURCHESED , I BOUGHT A TULLEN DRESS THEY SEND ME A DIFFERENT COLLECTION MIMI TUTTI DRESS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOW IGNORING ME ,STATING IT WAS FINAL SALE , WHAT ? WHY ? NEW COLLECTION, FUL PRICE ITEM RECEIVED 1 DAY AGO .. I READ OTHER REVIEWS SOO MANY PEOPLE IN SAME SITUATION. One of the customer service employes were very rude. When we tried to get our money back from our return, she took the kohl's cash we spent on a totally different purchase off of the return we were getting money back for. She snatched the shirts away from the counter. She also had a horrible attitude. Me personally, I think she should be fired or moved to another place in the store. This was a horrible experience and we won't be going back.

I ordered some taning cream and a brush.. roughly around the 6th April, no conformation txt or email, no item, but they've taken the money, from my bank, they shouldn't be allowed to do this, beware ppl, if I'd have read these reviews I wouldn't have bothered.. how many times have they taken money, without sending the goods.. 🤦‍♀️

I ordered 3 dresses from Menique. The dresses are beautiful! However, one of the dresses had been worn. It overwhelmingly smelled of deoderant, plus the back of the linen dress was massively wrinkled as though someone had been sitting in it a long time. The dress had been washed. The other 2 dresses were new. I wrote them and the "team" stated that linen wrinkles, and the dress was not worn before. I was really surprised! The smell alone was a dead giveaway. For the "team" to flatly state this when they never even saw the dress was shocking! However, they agreed to replace it. I sent it back and got the replacement via snail mail. Very poor customer service by the "team", whoever they are. The rep whom I communicated with was very helpful. I wonder if this happens often. Just a case of poor quality control.
