I'm an older Celtic Clothing customer from 2018. I found this company because I was looking for an authentic Irish flat cap. I now own several which I purchased from here.
Recently, I encountered a billing problem with my bank and Paypal which turned out to be entirely my fault. I contacted the company, talked to both Charlie and Laurie and received immediate email responses and helpful support.
Their help was frankly invaluable in helping me get things straightened out between my bank and Paypal. The payment problem solved, I ordered my new Trinity patch cap and just recivied shipping notification.
Celtic Clothing is a fine company for which I have nothing but praise.
