The experience was phenomenal and they were very professional, helpful, courteous at what they did!!!! They came and got the truck with no problems the driver was outgoing very professional and took care of business!!! A job well done!!!
Transaction process was relatively smooth. The only problem I experienced was that the driver picking up the vehicle did not speak much English. This slowed the process down as he had to call the office for assistance. Perhaps include in the process a question regarding primary language spoken. This would help avoid future delays in the transaction process at the pick up appointment.

Then when I googled the right number, they got me set up with an offer but couldn't tell me where I should go to drop off the car. So we ended up dropping it off in the wrong spot. Everything finally got sorted, but everyone there seemed confused and couldn't give me any solid instructions

It was an easy transaction after getting it towed to the locations, signing the title over and getting the check. Would do it again without hesitation.
