Bought an 8.5mm tip 3/4 Ash cue with butt extension and extendedable extension. The butt extension can be also used instead of the butt section to make a smaller cue for tight spots. Case was also included Cure arrived from Hong Kong in 6 days delivered to the Highlands Scotland. The cue is the exact same as the picture. Well finished, smooth as silk and straight. The weight is as described. Very pleased with it for the price I'm sure you could spend double or even treble and still not get a better cue.

I ordered a cue on feb 21st. It's march 11th and the tracking has said "waiting to be picked up" since. I asked for a refund.. this is way beyond ridiculous.

I would just buy from Amazon next time. I may have saved $10, buy buying with BowlersMart, however, I would have had my ball 5 days earlier if I would have just bought on Amazon.

There is no way to call this company. Make sure you want what you’re buying, because their return policy is extremely one-sided. If it’s a sale item, discontinued and several other things I can’t remember now, they won’t take the cue back. And, they won’t even send a customer-paid mailing label if you’re lucky enough to have a returnable item. I found way better, more customer friendly terms after I’d already gotten involved with these guys. Good luck!

The customer service was excellent from the 1st Interaction. Questions were answered quickly and honestly prior to our purchase.We had certain shipping dates that needed accommodated and legacy made that happen. The quality of the table exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to purchase another product from legacy billiards. They are 100% great to work with. When we find a winner we stick with that winner.
