I went to the store with ideas from the website but when I spoke with one of the staff she directed me to a different option, the Cedar, firm, which I wound up buying. Along with two pillows. Been sleeping well. Very happy with my purchase. The delivery guys were on time and considerate. All around good experience.

I absolutely love the no pressure sales! The gal who helped me was great about asking what type of sleeper I was and making appropriate recommendations from there. I also love that the mattress is made locally. The guys who delivered the mattress were so nice, and took their shoes off which I appreciated.

My second purchase from UM. Billy is always a huge help. The first one I had for about 7 years before it started to have issues. I went down and talked to Billy about the warranty and despite having removed the law tag (don't do it, you'll need it), he was able to get me setup with a new mattress at a incredible price. Delievery took less than 2 weeks to my door with them picing up the old mattress. I'm excited to have my new mattress!
Highly recommended. Not only is the staff great, but the quality of the mattress is suberb. Very comfortable and long lasting. Best place to buy a mattress!

Urban Mattress is incredible in all regards! They are very customer service oriented, and will take unlimited amount of time to educate the customer about matress construction.
