Placed order on 1/27/25 and four days later have yet to receive a confirmation that the order has been shipped. No response to email sent to seller seeking clarification as to when item will be shipped. Now see that many others are experiencing similar or worse problems. Not a French company and products made in China when the website clearly indicates that the product I ordered is made in Italy. Total scam. 5 days after order received notice that they dont have the product ordered and can’t tell me when they will! Shut these fraudsters down. Note their lame response where they take no responsibility for the commitment to process / ship within 1-2 days or the fact that they cannot meet the 6-12 day delivery window as the product is not even available.

I ordered Justins, composite toed slip-on boots. The boots are very comfortable and looks good. The only thing I did not like was the width only came in one size, no wide width, so I had to order a bigger size to be able to wear thicker socks on cold days.

We've had a rather disappointing experience with Ariat. We ordered two pairs of women's western boots in the same size, but one pair didn't fit, so we initiated a return. The initial return request process was straightforward — but that's where the simplicity ended. The return authorization email clearly stated that the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the return was accepted by the courier. However, it's now been over 7 weeks — 23 business days — and still no refund. I’ve contacted Ariat Customer Service three times. Each time, I was given a different excuse or explanation for the delay. One representative even abruptly ended the call without properly closing the conversation. To sum it up: the boots are great, but the refund process and customer service have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

No order received. No phone number to contact company. Live chat never ever available. Emails not responded to at all. Absolutely no way to get refund as of yet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a pair of boots in the sale (£180 down to £108). I wore them occasionally around the city, no hikes or anything that would put them through any serious wear. After 11 months the sole started to come away from one of them - despite appearing to be stitched on, the soles are just glued to the rest of the boot, and not very well at that. I contacted Timberland because boots that retail for £180 shouldn't fall apart in less than a year, and they said the boots showed signs of "serious wear" i.e. the crease where my toes are. They refused to do anything, and to add insult to injury suggested I check out their website for a replacement. I would advise against buying anything from them, very poor quality.

Fraudulent Company- DO NOT ORDER! They Charge astronomical restocking FEE - they duplicated my order - sent 5 pairs of shoes, charged me for 6 pairs- (3 duplicates) and now are charging me $160 to return!!!! Ridiculous company!!! Shoes are not even comfortable as they advertise.

I ordered a pair of black coco boots in 2023 and wore then only for one winter 2023/2024 and during fall 2024. After this short time of wearing them, the sole went off on both boots. I contacted the customer service back in December 2024, again in January and finally two weeks ago. No one ever answered my mails. I asked very friendly for them to cover the costs of the cobbler. After reading all the reviews I understand, that they won’t answer. :( tldr: Poor quality shoes and a customer service that refuses to comply to their legal warranty obligations.
