I received the Storyworth subscription as a Christmas gift. While the general concept immediately appealed to me, I did not quite anticipate the long and emotional journey that lie ahead. It was not easy reflecting on the past and expressing recollections and thoughts in words. For inspiration I leaned on Storyworth's list of questions as well as personal ones raised by my own family. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate when it came to composing and editing my narratives, adding photos, and rearranging my stories in the order I wanted them presented. Customer service was world class - Tiffany H, Megan B and Rowayne W - were friendly, responsive, and professional. The quality of my completed book was better than expected. I was extremely pleased! I could not be more grateful for the Storyworth subscription. It gave me the opportunity to put together an introspective and highly personal book, which I dedicated to my sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren. It was the ultimate gift from the heart!
