Blackbull support agent Elsi was very attentive and helped me through the process of my account application yesterday. And when I got back to them today, Ben was super polite& helpful and really took care of all my issues and problems, also politely gave answers to all my questions about the different account types and swap fees etc. I really had a pleasant experience with their support and their prompt service! Thumbs up!
Hello I was have some issues regarding my account but the sale person name Brodie helped my to solve my problem.
Brodie was very informative and responsive over the chat, 5 stars for him. Still learning BlackBull though, seems like a high trading $ value is required which isn't ideal for learning on.
Had trouble linking demo accounts with blackbull luckily Ben was handy got me setup.

Good customer service from Ben, unfortunately though Blackbull doesn't allow Copytrading on Ctrader which is disappointing.
