I've had my BedJet for probably five years and think it is one of the best investments that I have made. I live in an old a drafty house and the BedJet is the perfect solution to make my bed nice and comfy. Sometimes I wake in the middle of the night and the whirl of the warm and soothing fan is just the trick to get me back to sleep. I don't use it in the summer, I just don't find that the damp and cool air suits me as much. In the past two years, I had a couple of problems, and customer service was great. Once they replaced a remote and most recently, walked me through a technical issue that I had as the filter got dirty and the system was shutting down due to overheating. I'm figuring that I'll get one or two more years out of it and will certainly purchase another BedJet.m

Went in to exchange pillow and it was easy and they were so nice. So glad they take back items that aren’t what I want and let me get a better fit for us

I truly wanted to love this mattress. My husband and I spent weeks researching and finally chose WinkBeds because of the glowing promises: “luxury feel,” “ultra firm support,” and most importantly a 120-night risk-free trial with a full refund if not satisfied. What we received was something completely different. The “firm” mattress turned out to be soft and unstable I can feel every movement when my husband shifts or leans on one elbow. No motion isolation, no true support. We knew within days it was not a match for us. So we requested a return only to be told we must suffer through 30 nights before they’d even consider honoring their “trial.” This “requirement” was buried in small print at the bottom of the website. Nowhere during the purchase flow did it clearly say “You MUST wait 30 nights.” I felt deceived, not informed. We are now stuck with a $1600 mattress that hurts our backs and prevents restful sleep and have to wait until May 5 just to start the return process. Meanwhile, we’re unable to buy another mattress, and our health and peace of mind suffer. WinkBeds might build a decent mattress for some but their policies are misleading and borderline predatory. A trial is not a trial if it forces customers to endure discomfort for a full month before allowing a return. That’s not kindness, that’s coercion. I will be reporting this to consumer protection platforms and encouraging others to read every single footnote before purchasing. We expected integrity. What we got was marketing fluff and fine print traps. Shame on them.

The setup and installation was seemly. Everything seems a great quality. We haven’t officially tried out the bed yet but are sure it should work just fine . Thank You !

Do not attempt to make a purchase!!! I was billed three different times and have not received a refund whatsoever. Mattress firm keeps using the excuse. They don’t have an order on file even though the transactions are posted onto my account. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE HERE!!!

The pillows I received are small, not filled enough and of poor quality. I wanted to return them as the website states: "Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products. The FluffCo Zen Pillow comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked." What it doesn't say is the customer pays for shipping on the invoice (no credit for original shipment) then pays for return shipping to the manufacturer. That totals about the price of a pillow. Their money-back return policy is false advertising. I will not deal with them ever again.

In the last 3 months we have had a problem with a pillow. We got in contact with the customer service, and they are trying all they can to not help. Every time we talk with Tempur Sealy in Spain they say they will be back soon with an answer. I'm am 100% sure that this is the way they work to try to avoid helping customers. By the way the pillow is still under guarantee. It has just been used for 1 year and 4 months. So if you want customer service buy another brand

Purchased a 1-inch queen latex topper. I am not a latex expert, but it is obviously a natural product, somewhat fragile as it should be. My sleep quality has seriously improved since I started using it about a month ago. They manufacture each piece individually, and it takes about 10 days or so. I was impatient and mistrustful, which I am deeply sorry about. The product I got is priced lower than similar ones on Amazon, but my sleep comfort just speaks for itself! There was no smell I could complain about. Overall, I highly recommend this small US business!
