They told me my order would take 3-5 days, it took about 2 weeks to get my order. They did send a mail explaining. When they finally arrived, i was very pleased with the fit and quality. However, after 1 wear the seems got loose. I reported the fault and was helped by Rebecca, who immediately came with a good solution. All with all, I’d buy again.

I ordered some leggings from Abyl and after a few wears they ripped. However, I emailed to ask for a replacement and had a lovely response from Jennifer who sorted me out with a replacement order with no issue. Very quick response and an issue-free service :))

Quick replies and very acco
mmodating and fix the issue straight away.
I have aways loved Aybl and this has only encouraged me more to keep shopping there

This brand is awful

This brand is awful. I ordered over 100 dollars worth of clothing from them over a month ago and no updates on my package. It hasn’t even had a label created for shipping. Reached out to customer service and got zero help. I was told to track the package and wait. I ordered on March 26. It’s april 21 and no updates. I’m out over a hundred bucks and nothing to show for it in the mail. So disappointed and highly Don’t recommend.

Avoidddddd

Ordered nearly a month ago and still not received my items , contacted customer service who offered to resend items out at ‘ no extra cost ‘ as they should as it’s their fault , that was 4 days ago and there’s till no update, would actually be quicker to go to the warehouse to collect the items myself but unfortunately I’m unable to do this

Leggings all see through.

I have ordered 4 pairs of the most expensive leggings and sent them all back because they are see through. I still have a pair of seamless v2 leggings that are years old and they are perfect. The new pairs age shocking, I couldn’t squat without flashing everyone.

AVOID if you want quick delivery and quality goods.

Wouldn’t recommend. I waited 12 days for my leggings to arrive in which time the price had gone back up (I bought these in a sale). The leggings were not true to size so I emailed to ask if I could have an exchange as if I was to repurchase them I’d have to pay the new higher price. I was met with a blunt response saying they did not to exchanges. I emailed explaining the situation, and heard nothing back. I have emailed twice now and still nothing.

Bad customer service and leggings

Such a bad customer service. Asked 2 questions in 1 mail, so that it wouldn’t be emailing back and forth. Got a response on 1 question, which wasn’t even the right response to the question. Send an email about the second question and a complaint about an item. There was a stain on an item. Almost 2 weeks later, still no response.
I can get over problems with customs and stuff, which makes the order arrive much later. But the bad service after that is what has me more annoyed. I understand that it was probably very busy with customer service because of the big delays that the orders had, but just answer the questions instead of sending a response that doesn’t even help and not even answering the whole email.

Why send an order in 5 packages when it could fit in one? I know ordering stuff is not really friendly for the environment but 5 packages is a bit exaggerated.

Tried on the items that I ordered, mostly leggings from the staple collection. You can literally see anything in de leggings, on the front. For the prices that it normally costs, but also with the discount from the sale, I would definitely not recommend.

Mostly confused now about the reviews on here that say that the customer service has been amazing🤯

By far the WORST customer service I…

By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I received 2 faulty items and have done exactly as instructed emailing their customer service team with exactly all of the requested information… on more than 3 occasions. They literally don’t even read the emails or acknowledge anything said in there. It’s almost like an automated response and they just tell me to return the items, which costs $24 AUD to return. Absolutely not, your product is faulty, I am not paying for that. But now 1.5 weeks later of back and forth emails and they are literally just sending me copy and pasted responses. I will NEVER shop from your company again and however I can report you, I will.

Quality has gone down the drain

My friend and I made a big order together because I had previously ordered 2 years ago and loved the quality and fit of these clothes. This order was a different story. I ordered two pairs of the same leggings…one pair was fantastic, but the other was shorter (above ankle instead of full length like the others) and loose around the ankle as well…when I contacted the company they said they couldn’t do anything as the tags have been removed. Since then we have both had multiple things rip.

Honest review

Okay now I am not one who has ever left a review but given my recent experience, I do not recommend the power seamless range. I bought two sets (one I have worn and one I will not so one I will be returning), for starters, the order took over two weeks to arrive. These shorts however, are shocking. Given that influencers always promote this brand, I do not understand why. The quality is okay, but a bit see through and these shorts ride up like crazy, to the point that they felt like I was wearing underwear and this happened everytime I sat on a bench or walked anywhere, they simply rolled up every second I moved. For reference, I am 5’8 but when I first put these on, they are a decent length. Secondly, the tags on these shorts are in the worst location possible. They are on the seam that goes on the inner thigh/bum area and are very scratchy and uncomfortable, even once I cut them off. As for the matching bra I bought, none of these bras are ever made for women with bigger boobs. For reference, I am a size 10DD but I am very slim and have been gyming for over three years. These bras offer no support whatsoever and when I move, the bra moves over my boobs to leave some under boob. This is my second time trying this brand now and the last time I bought a bra, I had the same issue, so I got a bra that looked like it had a model with larger boobs wearing it. If you are tall or have big boobs, I do not recommend this brand as it is not inclusive at all.

If you like waiting 3 weeks to receive…

If you like waiting 3 weeks to receive products, go right ahead, this company is for you! I already hate ordering online so when a company doesn't give much transparency about the shipping and whereabouts of your product until weeks later, i instantly never want to order from them again. Reviews about a company are more than just what they put out, its how they operate as a business. "Ships in 3-5 days", yeah in dog years or what? It's been almost 20 days since I ordered from them and I was convinced this company was a scam because its all been BS. Sorry, i don't even care how great the product is anymore, im judging based on my experience with the company and I personally think it was horrible. Will not be ordering again. Plus, it's hard to see reviews of the products online. I want to see how people my size look in the clothing, see their stories. I'm a review shopper. I'm disappointed that I've wanted these pants for a while and this is how it goes. Will not do this again. 0/10 recommend.
