Matt at Bambi Baby in Miami is knowledgeable and has continued to be very helpful even after our initial visit. We are so happy we went to Bambi Baby to understand more about all the options and which would work best for our family. Highly recommend for parents to check it out!
Golden Experience! We drove 2 hours to “see” a nursery set that we were told was on display in the Coral Gables store. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly sales associate names “Anthony”. After telling him we were here to see a particular set he informed us that they don’t have the set in their store. Naturally after driving 2 hours my husband and I weee very upset but Anthony totally turned things around. He was not only apologetic about this misinformation we were told but he went above and beyond to insure us we would be happy. He obtained video of product details from NJ store, while we were waiting we asked about strollers. Hands down Anthony knew every detail, stat, pro and con about every stoller and car seat in Bambi Baby!! We even had Anthony do FaceTime demonstration with our daughter. Needless to say because of Anthony we ended up very educated, happy, customers.! Anthony followed up with texts on quote, invoice estimates, and delivery, CUSTOMER SERVICE A++.
Highly recommend! Everyone is friendly, professional and educated on all products. So far a great experience!! Love having a store to visit where you can see the items in person and have someone walk you through using them.

We ship nationwide and also have two stores in West New York and Hoboken, New Jersey. Being in the baby business for over 30 years, we've learned a few things about babies.

Matt was super patient and pleasant to work with! The store is beautiful and had a great variety of all the best strollers. We walked out with the one we wanted including all accessories! Very happy with our choice and can’t wait to use it come August when we welcome our little guy!

My experience was amazing, i would recommend bambi baby to all my friends and family. Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Also Location is great, right in the heart of coral gables. Will definitely go back in the future.

Incredibly difficult to buy. I did NOT want to create an account and did NOT want to HAVE to include a MOBILE NUMBER. You do! I put the new mom's cell, thinking it was for delivery problems, and I'm next asked to input the code they just texted her! WHAT?! I JUST WANT TO SEND A GIFT! Wouldn't use this site if I didn't have to again.

Originally, we needed help picking things out - great help. Then I had some issues with my account, customer service was phenomenal and super helpful!! I love that they have a variety of ways to make things more affordable for first time parents such as the Bambi Bucks system, registry discount and offer for those who order to get 10% off. It is so helpful!!
Their processing and shipping is also SUPER FAST. I truly believe it is because they have their own warehouse, unlike some other 3rd party sellers.

My husband and I weren’t sure which travel system would be the best for us. Right away we were welcomed in and had our questions answered. After a few stroller test drives we left with the perfect travel system for new family.
