Help me understand the delay taking 41 days ( NO holidays ,yes weekends , but Amazon( 2-10 days) is More massive than Bearskin Tactical. Investigate and make the improvements!
Good quality clothing if a little overpriced. I will only buy ‘sale’ items. Patience is necessary whilst awaiting delivery but tracking helps relieve some anxiety. I’ve ordered twice something must be right. However,for the time being,I will wait to see how current politics affects my pocket before making any further purchases.
I ordered three Baer skin tactical hoodies at the exact same time. Only 2 arrived. A week later, the third one arrived. The same day I ordered another product from you guys although it’s the exact same address it was sent back stating that incorrect address. It has been an ongoing headache. Overall, you have very good quality products.
Even though it took a long time to receive my WATERPROOF JACKETs, they were well worth the wait. Baerskin responded quickly to my questions about the progress of my order. BAerskintactical is a fantastic company. I can't wait to see my husband's face when he receives his waterproof jacket.

I have purchased 4 of the hoodies and 2 of them will be gifts. There’s not another garment with the warmth, and pockets for storage as a Bearskin Hoodie. Men and women ask where I purchased it, and I just point to the emblem on the sleeve. All of the zippered pockets are amazing. Inside and outside!

The store is very simple to navigate. I like how the items are categorized and located easy to find. Check out was super simple. Just need to improve notifications of order status. Plus how to track the package in shipment do to porch pirates.

I was not able to return the first jacket I bought, it was too big and I held on to it too long. But, the guy I gave the jacket too gave ya'll a GRAND review and sold me. I have purchased 2 jackets since an a few of the long sleeve shirts, so comfortable!!! So I guess that makes this a double whammy review by the two of us!

I received exactly what I ordered.
I am disappointed that our weather is now much warmer and I will have to wait until fall to actually wear my items - which I am so looking forward to! Everything fits great!

When my item arrived I found it to have a malfunction in one of the pockets being sewn closed. I contacted them and upon verifying my concerns they replaced my bearskin hoodie with out further issues. they were concerned about my happiness in their product and quickly made it right.

I absolutely LOVE Baerskin products. I have two hoodies (the new sky blue hoodie 4.0 is amazing) and just got in the rain jacket in the mail today. Looking forward to the next cold rainy day!! Keep it up Baeskin, the improvements you made to the hoodie are great and your products are first class.

Been hawking the website for about a year and a half. The 2.0 then 3.0 then 4.0 low and behold finally had my size

Great products but poor communications. Clothing is made well but sizes do not match other products. Example I purchased a 3x jacket and I was swimming in it. By the time I tried it on and realize it was too late to return. I donated it and purchased a 2x. I then purchase three 2x tactical hoodies and they are a bit too short. I would have been better with the 3x for the hoodies but I can’t spend that much on three more hoodies to go up a size.
