I was looking for a 2024 Nissan Altima 2.5 and found the perfect one at a Copart auction in the USA. This company helped me buy and deliver it to Saudi Arabia for a total of $14,700, including the auction price of $12,200. With just 689 miles on the odometer, it was exactly what I wanted. The team handling my purchase did a fantastic job. They carefully followed all my requests, never made decisions without my approval, and ensured everything was done professionally and on time. Arthur, the manager, was my main point of contact, and from our first conversation, I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale.

I would leave ZERO stars if possible. Worked with best way auto transport for multiple weeks. They were extremely responsive until it actually came down to picking up the trailer. On the first scheduled day of pick up they experienced a delay. I was not notified at all of this delay. It took me multiple attempts of reaching out before I was informed of this. On the next scheduled day of delivery they once again had ANOTHER excuse and now this time the driver had an issue with his truck. The pick up was once again rescheduled and this time it was pushed until the next week. I checked multiple times to insure they could in fact pick up today as the dealership would be leaving town for an expo and unable to accommodate a pick up after today for an entire week. They ghosted me on pick up and then once again had another excuse that the new driver had a medical emergency. They have left me hanging three days in a row and will lie and tell you whatever you want to hear. This company is a huge scam and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

SCAM ALERT!!!!The worst car shipping company ever. False contracts with fake pick up dates. Refusal to refund deposit when contract no upheld on their end. DO NOT sign a contract with them. You can not get a full refund of deposit unless they cancel (which they will not do for any reason). Waited over a month for a pick up and the haggled for extra money on delivery. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!!
