After seeing this on Facebook, I signed up and paid a small charge but had no idea it was a subscription service because when you log in you will see there are additional charges for additional services so I didn’t use the site after that. When I saw that they had billed me £14.95, I was horrified. The cancellation bot does not work either as it doesn’t send a code so I contacted customer service who refused to refund. This is what they said: “Thank you for reaching out to Hint's Support team regarding your concern. After thoroughly reviewing your case, we have determined that you agreed to skip the trial period in order to take advantage of one of our current promotions. As per our refund policy, which is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions, promotions of this nature are non-refundable”. I have no idea what this means as I never used to service after signing up and from the point I accessed the service I did not agree to anything of this nature. This is clearly a scam. I am currently unemployed and extremely upset at the response from customer service as I have no idea how I have bypassed the trial.
