The apartment was just as described as well as the pictures. Check-in made simple with very detailed instructions. Michelle, the Manager in Huntsville was very proactive in assisting me to find a place in Cleveland, to be closer to my Mother, who isn't doing well. She definitely went the extra mile for me and I so appreciate it! I would highly recommend the Landing!

I attempted to use acuity for my new business. After paying the premiums for months they were unable to provide the coverage my client required. After waiting for months and unable to start work I obtained coverage from another company and canceled my acuity policy. Fast forward 6 months a collection agency is saying i owe almost $1000...For coverage that was never provided. Save yourself the aggravation and find coverage elsewhere.

I've lived at Boardwalk, Soutgate Tower for nearly a year. When we had a plumbing issue on the weekend I called emergency services. A bright, cheery lady assured me I was no bother and they'd be here to fix it right away. Within 10 minutes Mike came to my door. He is very professional, friendly and extremely competent. My issue was resolved beautifully. Thanks Mike and Thank to the lady who took my call. One of the main reasons we love it here is your warm, wonderful staff.

The Bennet has great management and maintenance. The apartments are always kept functional and looking good, and the manager and maintenance workers are super nice and efficient. They communicate super well, and they always get any issues sorted out as quickly as possible. Its a great place to live.

From the wonderful kind and caring Amy, to Rod and his very intellectual and straight forward character… to Mr.Rob and his team helping my family and I TREMENDOUSLY in our situation. Rob is very transparent. He takes his time speaking to his clients, even as simple as a question that benefits him by nothing… he has stayed at the office so late helping clients and their situations with all of his 15+ years of knowledge, intelligence, and compassion. I’m so busy with my schedule but needed to come on here to say something about this wonderful business man. Anyone that would ever waste time to leave him less than 5 stars has too much free time. I’ve dealt with him for a couple of months straight… and he even gave my family and I some relocation money out of his cut which helped us so much and even payed for my mother’s medication. His business is family owned, and very professional.. If you’re choosing anyone, choose them… Not these BIG companies that could care less how your life turns out. Thank you so much LER Construction/Rob Amy & Rod! You guys make such a difference!

I haven't had much interaction with accomod8u and everything that people tell you is pretty much true. I tried to get out of my lease and signed an N9 an year in advance but the company changed over to a different portal therefore losing my information. It took me 3x to finally get it all fixed and it was all due to the help from Temi at the university ave location. My advise to people looking to find a lease for school in Waterloo is to walk around the to all of the buildings and call the numbers on the side of the buildings. Don't fully rely on using online services to find a lease because not all of the rental companies have a significant online presence. If you do end up dealing with accomod8u then look to find Temi to help you!

This is a horrible place to live. Horrible staff. Staff's treatment to tenants is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The property is getting old and outdated. There are thousands of roaches and water bugs throughout property units, and amenities.
