New policy purchase After I decided what I wanted to purchase the agent was readily available to help me complete the necessary forms to transfer funds.
The biggest failure in this purchase was the length of time it took for the selected Insurance companies to respond and get my policies issued. We (Annuity Advantage and me) started the paperwork the middle of January 2025 looking to have the policies issued by the 12th of February. One policy was issued 11 Feb 2025 the other on 13 Feb 2025 but I did not receive my issued copies until 6 Mar 2025. I felt that my policy providers could have at least sent me an e-mail to alert me when the policy was issued. I was left hanging wondering when my policies were going to be issued by the selected Insurance providers and ended up going back and forth with Annuity Advantage to find out if/when my policies were going to be issued.
