I called this morning look to start my insurance on my 1964 Ford Falcon after being deployed in the Navy. Ashley was outstanding - went above and beyond the take car of me and allowing me to drive my car this Easter weekend. Thankful for the help and information about the policy, the agent was very patient with the process and I didn’t feel rushed. Took plenty of time to explain the options and felt Mr. Fidel Portillo really had a love an appreciation for classic cars and understood the importance of keeping them protected. We communicated back and forth and he was very prompt with emails and returned calls as it took time to for me to gather information needed. Best experience with insurance in a long time. This Company answers their phone within a short time while others take for ever to answer and then take you thru a whole bunch of prompts and wasted time. If I have an emergency, I know that American Collectors answers quickly. Also, Renee the Agent that took care of our needs was exceptional, knowledgeable and courteous. We've be with them before and has always been an enjoyable experience.
