We really like our 4 diner chairs, that we ordered from American Chairs, to go with my husband's grandparents porcelain top table from the 1940s / 1950s!
The only mistake we made, and wish we would have done the order correctly, is not putting a white strip in the middle on the back of the chairs.
The customer service was great. The table and chairs arrived in perfect condition. We are very pleased with our purchase.
I originally started looking at ordering a table and chairs for my kitchen in November 2023, but I didn’t actually place my order until February 2025. Brad quickly answered my questions back in 2023 but he was even more amazing in 2025 when I needed assistance with my order. The quality of the table and chairs was fantastic but the employees and prompt communication made the experience top notch. We plan to build a house and I will be back for a bigger table when we are ready. Thank you so much!
We called American Chairs with some questions, and they responded courteously and quickly with the information we needed. They sent color samples at no charge. We place our order, got exactly what we needed, and the chairs were delivered in a timely manner. They were packaged well to prevent any damage. The chairs came preassembled.

product was delivered a lot sooner than expected, it was very well packaged to prevent damage, and finally product is as exactly advertised, if needed will return to American chairs

disappointed, decided to replace our pedestal with legs on our table. legs delivered, husband removed the pedestal and began installed the legs. almost done he discovered the order was missing screws!!
So what was my husband to do? leave the table apart until you send more screws? fortunately my husband is handy he was able to find some screws that would fit so we had our table done. I called the company, you apologized and offered to send the replacement screws?? I said no thank you, like we were supposed to leave the table apart??? Eventually we received 32 screws which was USELESS........... these legs along with shipping etc was rough $255.00 alot of money.
Not recommended.

That was a mistake on our part and as soon as we were notified we offered to send them your way. We understand this was an inconvenience and hassle. We do hope you like the legs and you have many great family meals at the table.
We love it! Everyone seems to like it also. The colors were just like the pictures we picked from.

I love my chairs. Color is perfect matching the countertops. The sample color patches made that possible. My only minor complaint is the screws that attach handles on the chair back/band.
