Guest reservations=hotelvalues=priceline. I had made a reservation for 3 rooms (over $4000) 9 months in advance. I had no idea this was a non-refundable reservation. I called 4 month prior to our arrival to change the date of our travel by one day--I was told not possible. I tried to add a name of another guest to one of rooms--I was told not possible. My family and I travel very frequently and I NEVER purchase non-refundable rooms on purpose. The refund policy must have been well hidden that I did not realize at time of booking. I was surprised by how inflexible the company was and I do not intend to use them ever again.

I am a LHS refugee. The last year with them was hopeless! Now the HE digital functionality and agile searching accompanied by regular, helpful notifications makes searching fun and frequently successful. We have used reciprocal and GP visits many time. And happily hosted just as many.

My policy has increased 50% for a single cat that hasn’t had any claims since starting with this company. I reached out and was told the increase was "necessary due to either the age of your pet, advances in veterinary medicine, or an update to the coverage that your policy provides". I compared the new policy to the last and there was no change in coverage. My cat is 12. The premium went from $742.92 to $1,113.72. In my opinion they are preying on pet parents. If you already have a policy, be sure to login to the site often and diligently check your mail towards your annual date because your payment could increase over $30/m.

I submitted an official complaint to Airbnb about a host named Scott who made discriminatory, offensive, and humiliating comments toward me. He refused to rent his property to me solely because I speak Russian. He questioned whether I truly live in the U.S., even though I have been living here for 7 years and my identity is fully verified on Airbnb. Worse, he mocked the way I spelled my own name and added a sarcastic “ha-ha” — clearly ridiculing and disrespecting me in the conversation. I attached screenshots and submitted the complaint through Airbnb’s official channels. Days have passed, and I still haven’t received any response. Complete silence. I expected Airbnb to take discrimination and xenophobia seriously, but it seems like they’re turning a blind eye. For a platform that claims to be built on inclusivity, safety, and trust, this is deeply disappointing. No follow-up. No apology. No accountability. I’m extremely disappointed and feel unsupported as a long-time Airbnb user. I hope someone from Airbnb actually pays attention to this review.

I regret ever signing anything from them. The resort is not worth what you sign up for. The contract does not end, and there are so many increasing fees on top of the mortgage payment for it. We want out and they won’t let us!

Our experience with Bluegreen has been overwhelmingly negative. When we signed up we were pretty positive we couldn’t afford it, but any initial hesitation was completely dismissed by their salespeople. Immediately after purchasing, we regretted the decision upon realizing that AirBnB was a more cost-effective option. When expressing this regret, rather than addressing our concerns, Bluegreen representatives assured us that we just didn't understand how to use what we bought. Their suggestion to wait until the orientation was clearly a tactic to string us along past the cancellation window. The salespeople were relentless. We felt cornered, and they even followed us out to our car to continue to bully us into purchasing with them. It was incredibly disheartening to see how they manipulated us into a decision we were uncomfortable with from the outset. We have now been trying to cancel this nightmare for almost a year. We can honestly say that their customer service does not get better. We truly feel trapped in this timeshare and sincerely regret falling for their manipulation and bullying. If we can keep other people from falling into this trap, we want to, but ultimately, we just want out of this.

117E Block, listed as relaxing Accommodation for 4 person. Accommodation was very poor quality lacking basic essential, 3 cups, plates, and cutlery for 4 people, toilet oder over powering, missing flush buttom, there a keyring and chain, a large number of trip and fall hazards, months of refuge piled up in the garden, plus vermin darting back and forth. Tiled area around sink, broken and missing, Inital Images of the property is of the property next door, untreated private pool shared with neighbours and public. Sofas in a poor state, plus movable stone garden furniture. One good wildlife is excellent.
