The overall experience on the website was fine and the pricing was the best I found for my needs. However, I was never able to get the Chat function to work. Whenever I clicked on it, it just disappeared. Also I was a little concerned that the website said you use SSL for encryption when I purchased online. I believe TSL has replaced SSL since SSL has proven vulnerabilities.
Peter was terrific! He was so knowledgeable and straightforward. He was careful to explain every part of the policy and discussed how to get the best coverage for our needs at the best price. He didn't mind taking the time to calculate the price for each option. He was very clear and concrete about the variables of pre-existing conditions, thereby making a complex problem understandable.
My Agent, Melanie was terrific. I knew nothing about Travel Insurance. Melanie was understanding and incredibly patient, answering all my questions. I wanted to talk to my husband about the two policies I was considering. She emailed a long explanation of both policies. This email was so helpful. The next morning I called her with our decision and I purchased a policy with her help.
Tour company was unable to provide travel insurance through their agent. Received an invite from AARP to consider travel insurance using my member benefit. That led me to AARDY where it filled out some required information and received multiple quotes within minutes. Their recommendation met my needs so I can comfortably know that when I travel I will have the coverage I/we need for our trip to the UK and Ireland.

Wicked people are very were when you give them food for example they thank you to bring you down.but if you are not strong . when don't have to give them or you don't want to give .they will not find to give you . but the people you feed or give will now be against you.
